Coconut Curry Fish Recipe

This recipe was written with my Grandmother and my Best Friend Julie's mom in mind. Ms. Brenda Niles and Ms. Suzy are two women I know that make THE BEST curries I have ever had. I hope you enjoy this recipe that is truly near and dear to my Caribbean heart.
