Coconut & Ginger Milk Fudge Recipe

As an adult I've learned to cherish the things of my childhood. When I was young, things like M&M’s, twizzlers, and Snickers were rare treats. The only way I got them was if I was in the United States aka the States like we would call it in Grenada. Even then, it was rare. If someone traveled back we always came back with a bunch of caribbean snacks. FUDGE, was one. As a little girl, I remember having so many different flavors! From milk fudge, to ginger fudge, to coconut milk fudge, to chocolate fudge. The possibilities were so endless.
